I know, right? Maybe he should have delegated...
But this was the exact sort of redundancy and contingency I was referring to in that discussion. Again, similar to ST:TNG, when Tasha Yar was killed by Armus (I am not putting a spoiler warning on a nearly 31 year-old television episode), Worf stepped up immediately.
And thank you for that. I really need to get that back in the author's notes. :)

So, Agent King is "the king" now.
(I bet lirvilas will like that... ;-) )
Perhaps the overflowing angelic energy can be used up somehow? Bring Kadira some demons to smite!
Also, I like how Bishop thinks of his team first, scheduling his own little problem only as last point on the check list.

@ Micro: Yes, yes she is.
The funny thing about her is, she was originally meant to be nothing more than "MiB following Mercy" (here and here).
Then she stepped up into a speaking role as "MiB who vaguely threatens Felicia #1". (By this time, we had actually figured out who she was, which informed her lines.)
I think it was about the time that she accompanied Bishop to the NRK house that she gained a bit more prominence (especially after Harper picked her as one of the three that could follow him to the Old Mason House).
And now, here she is, stepping up. :)
Bishop knows that he has to lean on his team, and his own success or failure is dependent on them, so they come first.
Also, as previously shown (a couple of times), Bishop feels heavily responsible for what happens.

How does one go about fixing an overdose of angelic energy, do you suppose?
And what do they do about Bishop's predicament?
