Ah, the wonders of multiple agencies investigating the same thing...

Seriously though, this is a meeting I've looked forward to for a very long time.

So how, exactly, do they end up here at the same time? Well, Professor Stanton is the mentor to Dr. Gabrielle Armstrong, who is, of course, the head of the Autumn Bay branch of the Shadowlight League. Professor Stanton told Gabrielle, who sent out Mercy, arguably her best field agent. Meanwhile, the good Professor also contacted the Shroud, since he once [REDACTED] and, since then, they have kept an eye on him. He doesn't want to get on their bad side.

Being an actual member of the British intelligence community, Kadira can't help but pull the James Bond routine for those who probably already know (or can easily enough find out). And Mercy is all about calling out cheeky behavior like that...

At first I assumed that Mercy thinks that "Kadira Morningstar" sounds like a typical Bond girl name...

Yeah, art's getting better. Really love the color contrasts and architectural design here.

Thank you! :)

I can't take full credit for the architectural design, since I was working off of a reference. Even still, it does my heart good to see that you guys notice improvement (which, as you know, is hard to see from inside).

Morningstar is not exactly a surname that inspires confidence.

Well, okay, the pleasantries are out of the way, so let's get down to the serious verbal dancing around....

Personally, I don't feel that using a reference is a disqualifier or a bad thing even if someone traces part or all of it. In your case, you have firmly established your bona fides as a serious artist, and looking at a reference in no way degrades that.

Just sayin'

These two are actually really civil... for now.

Thank you. To be honest, there is no tool that I can access that I will not use. Better artists than me have done so, and if they are good enough for those peeps, they are good enough for me. :)
