Okay, a few deep breaths, some gummy bears stuffed with Valium and now I'm golden.
So, a couple of things.
First, I love this panel. Not being a visual artist, I would imagine it to to be very difficult depicting the act of peering into different realities. Very well done.
Second, never take drugs from some guy named Mickey in Autumn Bay. Regardless of what the actual drug is, you're going to wake up feeling like an incomplete puzzle. Then you'll notice the missing pieces of your organs scattered around the bathroom.
Third, I can't believe I didn't recognize Dr. Nestor from before! I really should have!
Excellent, excellent work. My jaw actually dropped.

I am actually unsure how to do it in MS5 EX, because I did it in GIMP.
It requires three identical layers of text. All of them must be Gaussian Blurred to some extent. Resize one to be larger and offset.
The last part, I am unsure of. You need an effect that can stretch and distort the third text. Free Transform or Mesh Transform, maybe? I achieved it through a filter in GIMP (the one thing GIMP does better than MS5, imho). At any rate, that goes behind the others.
You'll probably need to play with opacity to taste, as well.
If you need help with trying this, shoot me a PM.

Well, remember how he was seeing the three women doing the ritual, as well as Dr. Nestor?

Hopefully, this illuminates the situation a bit. It's not the WHOLE story, but it's another piece of the puzzle.
