It is well known in street circles that the Old Mason House and the Unwanted under Pogo's leadership are safe.

Remember, their motto is "give me your poor, your tired, your broken, beaten, and damned". That doesn't just pertain to membership.

When Ghoul told the kids to go there if they were in trouble, he meant it.

So now, members of the Shroud are poking around in the Unwanted's home. I wonder how this will go down...

Pogo's got a hell of a lot of confidence letting those MIBs in the front door without sending a stream of kids out the back.

Pogo has nothing to fear, and he knows it. Either they play nice, and all's well, or they don't, and all hell breaks loose on the street level...

If I knew you were coming I'd have baked a cake, baked a cake... ;-)

(PS: It seems there is one "talk" too much in the speech bubble in last panel in the lower right corner.)

"I've seen worse." ha ha XD

Yeah, I doubt they were too keen on having, say, their arch-rivals infiltrate a bangin' party. Then again, are they becoming friends in light of these unusual circumstances?

Suffice it to say, this is a delicate situation. Extraordinary times and all...

I'm kinda surprised they don't keep better care of it, hehe.
Poor Felix, he looks so uncomfortable in the middle panel.:'D

It's in great shape, and not actually as "unhygienic" as Agent King makes it out to be. Pogo has had The Unwanted fixing it up as much as possible, a little at a time (basically, as they can afford it).

Felix's reaction in the middle panel is pretty much a summation of the entire situation.

Unless Bishop knows about Ghoul, The Unwanted should be fairly safe from the Shroud. Street gangs aren't really their area of interest. :)

Um, I don't remember Pogo looking quite so much like a Troll Doll.....

The only actual interest the Shroud has as far as the Unwanted are concerned is their involvement in the battle outside the old Knight Electronics warehouse. Suffice it to say that they were monitored heavily for a time, and when nothing came of it, the surveillance tapered off.

The look of Pogo's hair is an evolution of sorts. That hairstyle is a thorn in my side...

(And yes, he colored it differently since last we saw him.)

If he had a gray streak down the middle he'd look like Subject M. =)
