The "civilian information sources" we see are going to be a combination of familiar, not-so-familiar, and borrowed (heh...)
Falchionne didn't make her bones hacking individuals. More government and corporate targets. Semantics, I know, but it's part of her code (and despite what certain disastrous SCOTUS decisions may say, corporations are not people).
What we are talking about here is... well, have you seen The Dark Knight? Something along the lines of the thing that made Lucius Fox almost quit...
BTW: who did you have in mind?
