A-ha! So my guess is that Sandros worked with Dr. Halverson during his years at the university's physics department, likely acquiring his doctorate during this time??

Yes. While he was earning his Ph.D., Charles Sandros worked as Dr. Halverson's assistant. During that time, the two men developed an experimental device whose purpose was to breach dimensional barriers...

That was convenient, as if someone wanted them to find Chaos' identity and go after him...

Convenient? Falchionne worked really hard on this one...

Someone only gets involved when he really has to.

That's how you know you're old... when the bad guys are all born after you.

A lot of the good guys, too...

To be fair, Dr. Nestor was born before ANYONE I know...

Judging from the age range, he could very well have begun his first university semester the same time as me... 0.o

I can't decide if that would be awesome or scary! :-D (He is in the "wrong" branch of natural sciences though for being me.)

Now comes the tricky part - actually catching him. :)

So did Sandros fall back through the crack into our reality, or did he just crawl away gibbering after seeing Nestor?

I don't remember anyone noticing him at the time, and The Shroud had the place surrounded....

He ran off gibbering madly.

It IS interesting that no one noticed him, isn't it? :)

Good to know that she has a bed, because I can relate to being a workaholic, also! :)

I have never actually done this (unless I was very ill, but there have been plenty of times I have felt like it...

That's the one!

Probably...
There's still those 2,65% chances that it's not.

Found your comic via WebComics Hub. I started reading from the beginning. I love the idea of thrusting relatable, realistic characters into these fantastic worlds...which of course usually lie just beneath the surface of the "normal" world!

My artist and I just started a webcomic too. Check it out if you have time.

Thanks! I hope we can keep your attention! :)

I checked out your comic. Nice start! You've definitely got my attention so far (I have a soft spot for Viet Nam war era things...)

Bruh, your Matterhornish (go read it) bits are way way more interesting than the garden variety zombie apocalypse noise that precedes it.

I mean, if you've got a new take on that genre by all means execute, but the world hit peak zombie in 2014.

Just wanted to note that this page's glow-y lighting on Falchionne is really superb.
