Sometimes the best weapon you can bring to the table is talk. Especially when your target is already exhausted and you can convince them that they are facing overwhelming forces.

Also, looks like we may have detected a berserk button...

So this is kind of a live to fight another day sort of thing. I mean, in a lose, lose scenario, it probably is a good idea to choose the better of the two losses.

It really is. Felix understands that, given a long enough timeline, the universe will almost always provide a way out (it's just a matter of recognizing it and acting on it).

Better to surrender and see it than risk missing it because you're unconscious... :)
