I'm not certain that drinking is the best thing to do after a potentially traumatic experience, but here we are.

Welcome to O'Malley's Pub. :)

Besides Felicia, we also see a couple of our entries into 30 Days of Characters 2015 (warning: earlier art, possibly a war crime...): Detective Paige Logan and Bill O'Malley.

Does the pub have a sign at the entrance, that says: "No dogs allowed. And also no murder", complete with a crossed out pictogram of a guy getting stabbed to death? :-D

No seriously, this pub turns out to have very nice ambience. When it comes to nightlife and gastronomy, Autumn Bay seems to have quite a lot to offer!

No sign, just Bill's reputation. :)

Thank you! Autumn Bay has been a presence in our lives for a VERY long time, enough that I know it as well as if I had lived there. A large part of that is the clubs, bars, restaurants, parks, and various other locations, as well as the citizens. If nothing else, that's one of the things we can bring to the table here.

I don't know where you stole/borrowed/bought the bottles from, but that's usually where bar scenes fall short... unlike yours. Also, nice shooter tucked back under the taps!

Believe it or not, the bottles are 100% home grown (with a healthy dose of copy/paste), patterned off of bottles around the old homestead.

I felt a little bad not giving them names and logos, but this page was taking long enough as it was.

That shooter hasn't seen use in a good many years, but that thing helped forge Bill's reputation. :)

I'll bet that one of those bottles is labelled "Olde Claymore"...

Ha! I didn't see it at first.

"Here, let's not cause any trouble... Let me refill that for you. On the house."

I kind of "easter egged" it...

Bill is a VERY good bartender. :)

Gee, incipient paranoia. Where have we seen that before.....

Great pub. You've managed to make it look homey. :)

Paranoia is an occupational hazard if you know even part of what's behind the curtain...

Thanks! That was exactly what I was going for. :)

Although, given that's a cop bar, it is probably one of the safer places to be. Even without the off duty cops, I'm pretty sure that bartender has dealt with enough shit and knows how to handle even a fully trained cop who's gone mad from booze and trauma. I bet he's a veteran of something.

It is a REALLY safe place to be. Any doubt here is Felicia's inherent paranoia.

Bill did some time in the Marines. Not any major wars or anything, but enough to give him an edge. :)

At least she seems to be alright, considering what just happened. Gosh.D:

I think what we all should take from this page is........ look out for Bill :o

Poor Felicia tho--she's been through a LOT!

As long as you are respectful, there is nothing to fear from Bill.

Yes, she really has. Her part in this is nearly over, though. Let's see if she can make it to the end of the prologue... :)
