If you have design advice you are willing to give, we will gladly take it under advisement.
Mercy was just... er... adusting her shades. Yeah...
(Giving the finger is not intended for the audience. It was honestly a last-minute flourish because it seemed very Mercy-like.)

In order to give a proper analysis I need to know your design goals. I can say that I personally like having minimal title and identification elements attached to the work because they distract less from the work, but that would totally fail to address the question of why you are including those elements at all in the graphical image itself. I can guess that one of the goals is limiting unattributed use of your work, but I don't know the others.

The title on the page is for easy identification. You may have noticed that I do a lot of backwards referring for continuity purposes. However, I understand that a glaring, huge header may be intrusive, hence the experiment.
The footer serves multiple purposes. It prevents unattributed use and allows us to put the image up in other locations and have a link back to this site (no other url will be up to date with this one).
I'm really just trying to make it look as nice as possible.

I'm considering the matter from the perspective of information design and alternative presentation: Are you going to be rolling all of this into webpages with whole chapters on them, or print media, or any other forms than this particular website's single-page display format? A sequence number hidden in a corner is good, but individual page titles are something I normally would associate more with works in which separate pages are stand-alone works. This is a collective work more than a periodic release of self-sufficient works like XKCD or Larson's The Far Side. People are less often going to share single pages like they would the Midvale School for the Gifted strip.
On the other hand, with your website information in a far corner that makes it relatively straightforward for someone to file the identification off. You might be better off hiding it in between panel borders on pages with panel layouts.

I can read it easily, and that's the way I like fonts. :)
You picked the most deserving victim, the one few if any of us will feel any qualms about no matter what Mercy does to him. Your'e really good a this. ^^
And that gesture just feels so quintessentially Mercy. ^^ ^^ ^^

Well, the cultists decided that maybe Mercy isn't to be trifled with. Also, she has one left to interrogate. Maybe now she (and we) can get some answers.
